Shipping : 

ShoobyPetalsCo currently is only shipping within the U.S. 

Please make sure that you have entered in the correct shipping address when placing an order. Once an order is placed we can not make any changes to the address for security reasons. If addressed incorrectly and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping fees. 

Please stay patient with us, as we grow so will our shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

All of ShoobyPetalsCo orders are shipped during business days. (Monday-Friday) 

Processing may take 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately ShoobyPetalsCo has no control over the package once it is handed over to the shipping facility. We are not responsible for lost product. If you have any issues with the order once it has been shipped, please contact the carrier first, as they are better equipped for locating your package.
